'M'n kop is toe' literally means 'my head is shut up'. Someone can say this when he is mad and refuses to speak. A good English equivalent is 'I clam up'. The expression is better known the other way around: when someone is mad and wants to silence someone, he shouts: 'Kop toe!' ('Shut up!').
